Excel Saga, Puni Puni Poemy, and Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro Chan (Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro Chan) should have you covered for some decidedly raunchy and weird comedy.

Slayers is a also a fun and extensive series, mixing comedy with fantasy elements.

As usual I'm obligated to recommend Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (When they Cry). While the lighthearted comedy beginning each arc is swiftly and brutally done away with as things unravel, it's just too awesome as to not defy genres.
