I am not familiar with software for creating animated gif and I could use a few suggestions.
I need an application that can create a gif out of a series of images or convert a movie into a gif. There should be an option to manage the (gif) frames, the quality and an option to loop the gif.
Anyone know of a good application for this? Preferable free, but I will accept any good app.
