Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire was one of my favorites, I'm surprised no one mentioned it.

Today I have noticed my N64 collection is quite.....lacking, compared to my other systems. Does anyone here have any suggestions for a good N64 game?

I already have,

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Super Mario 64
Paper Mario
Rocket: Robot on Wheels
Kirby 64: The Crystal Stars
Pokemon Stadium 2
good stuff, I'd try Conkers Bad Fur Day, I always will rue the day I got super mario over it

Rogue Squadron, Shadows of the Empire, Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask, Banjo Kazooie and/or Tooie, Donkey Kong 64, Jet Force Gemini, Star Fox, Pokemon Snap (incredibly simple and yet equally enjoyable if you're into that sort of thing).

Really look no further than Jet Force Gemini. I see a few people mentioned that one, but it certainly one of the better unsung classics of the N64. Really, as some one else said, if it was made by Rare, get it. Rare didn't have a single bad game on the N64. I'd argue that DK64 was a little lackluster, but that didn't make it bad.

No one remembers Mystical Ninja starring Goemon? That game is awesome.

Others...Star Fox 64, Majora's Mask, Banjo-Kazooie, Pokemon Snap (...what? It's fun), Gauntlet Legends, Rogue Squadron, and Super Smash Brothers.

Oh, and Mario Golf, Mario Kart 64, and Waverace 64 are also pretty good. So is Flying Dragon, if you're inclined towards fighting games with RPG elements. Oh, and Space Station Silicon Valley, Star Wars Episode 1 Racer, and Lego Racer.

Majora's mask.
Superman 64
Super Smash Brothers
Pokemon Snap (although the Wii Version is better in my opinion)

I'd recommend Goldeneye...but the game is a bit hard to get into if you have a low tolerance. If you have friends, I'd say get The World is Not Enough instead.
Are you completely mental? Goldeneye is one of the greatest games ever and the best 4 player console game ever by a mile. The World is not Enough is a crap imitation.

Anyway make sure you get Blast Corps and F-Zero X. Also Quake 2 while not great had a fun 4 Player deathmatch mode. Diddy Kong Racing is also good and Turok 2 might be worth a punt.
You missed what I meant. Goldeneye was good, but going from MW2 to Goldeneye cold turkey will alienate anyone, especially fans of the former since when it came out. I say The World Is Not Enough is a good alternative is because the multiplayer had better maps and more fun weapons. Ok, so you couldn't glitch yourself into wielding 3 arms in the sequel, but I liked it nonetheless.

Basic point both ways is that you've gotta be open minded to go from current-gen FPSs to Goldeneye in a matter of seconds.

The sequel! THE SEQUEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The World is not Enough was a gash non-Rare cash in, it's complete crap. Suggesting that it is in any way better than Goldeneye is fucking insane.

There is no more fun multiplayer experience than playing Goldeneye with three friends, with license to kill and slappers only turned on.

Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Starfox 64.

That about exhausts all the good N64 games.

Oh, and Super Smash Brothers. Epic.

Goldeneye- No description necessary.
Quest 64- A flawed masterpiece of an RPG with one of the best battle systems I've ever seen.
Starfox 64- A classic rail shooter.
Harvest Moon 64- Fairly addictive sim game with lots of little secrets to find.
Hexen- Like Doom, but with sword & sorcery.
Mariokart 64- Kart racing + Koopa shells = JOY
Ogre Battle 64- Hands down, one of the best strategy games ever created. It's expensive on eBay and rare to boot, but it's so worth it. Get it if you have a chance.
Mario Party- A good choice if you're into multiplayer. Personally, I recommend Mario Party 3.
