Suggestions wanted

So, I'm getting ready to drop a few bills on a PS3 and some games, and being the massive nerd that I am, I did the math to figure out how best to maximize my purchase, and with what I've got to spend, I can nab the console, an extra controller, and a few games. I've got 5 picked out, and I've got enough left on number I've got to spend to get a game right around the 29.99 USD mark. I've looked about a bit, and I've got it down to

GTA/MGS IV, Resistance, Assassin's Creed, Uncharted, and Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction.

So I'm asking you, the gamers who already own/play/love/hate these games, which would you recommend I go with? This is a one time setup that I have (it's a gift sort of thing), with a fixed limit, so I can't go over the 29.99 mark, but while I have it here I want to get as much as I can. Feel free to offer up alternative suggestions, if you know of any, preferably right at or under that mark.

I say go with Assassin's Creed and/or Unchartedrake's Fortune.

Or if you ever get the money, InFamous.

look around to see if you can get any of these cheap before jumping to a decision, I got R&C for my cousin for £5(it wasn't as good as some of the previous games, but still good).

If you want an awesome shooter, go with Resistance, it is one of my favorites.
Else, go with R&C, a strong series, plus yuo get BIG GUNS, like, REALLY BIG GUNS. How can you go wrong with that?

By the time you've finished watching the intro, you'll be able to snap up the rest for $5 a piece, slightly used.

I only have experience of 3 of those games, but of those 3 I'd say go with GTA4. Found it much more fun than the stupidly repetitive Assassins Creed and the epic cutscenes I witnessed in MGSIV.
