Suggestions?

I need suggestions on what game to play. I want an open world game that allows for things like having a child and getting married, like in Fable II and the Harvest Moon series. In terms of the actual gameplay, I play just about any genre of games. I just want an open game that allows you to make your own story.

Well i don't know many games that don't lead you along by the hand. Fallout 3 isn't very linear but you can't really do much. I'm not sure if games like what you're looking for are really around...

Sims 3, Im a total addict! You can get fertility treatment now which allows you to have triplets or twins!!

or if you want real people try second life, people can actually marry other players and stuff its a bit weird tho.
