I would like to see more superheroes with fairly common and annoying physical ailments, like a high sensitivity to UV, peanut allergies, arthritis, staph infections and so on.

My favorite is an actual one:
THE COLOR YELLOW.
no seriously, anything yellow doesn't work with him, and even worse if it's even slightly reflective, like a street sign, in which case his attacks get deflected.
Although I'm also a fan of "It doesn't do wood."
