because technically all they do differently is to tackle the system rather than the offenders of the system, I had a good day long ponder about this the other day and decided with super powers i'd feel like an asshole fighting a poor man stealing food rather than the system who allowed a man to be poor.

Well to be a proper villain you need the following..

1. have a tragedy occur to you that was cause by the hero
2. Have ultimate vengance in mind for everything you do.
