I just discovered a fun way to piss someone off while they play Super Mario Galaxy 2. If you grab a second controller while your buddy is playing and activate the 2nd player mode, various buttons on the controller will play sound effects. In particular the D-Pad at the top of the controller will not only play an effect but do it through player 1's controller. I recommend the up button. It makes a clownish "honk honk".

I did this for about 5 minutes and my wife finally exclaims, "What the fuck is that damn honking sound!?"

Haha nice. Just like the sound effects on the New Super Mario Bros when you've run out of lives but others are still going.

I was playing Super Mario Galaxy 1 and my mate got the other wiimote and proceeded to shoot all my star bits away...

I'll let her keep her star bits for now. I'll steal them from the Toad bank when I fire up my game. :)
