Though it's a little late now,the show that picture is from is called Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. It's a really great show,but is only in Japan at the moment and only has one season right now. (Funimation is planning on releasing it on DVD in 2012)

Some of the folks that lived on my floor last semester told me about it. The only thing I remember from the conversation is that the show is like 6 kinds of fucked up. But maybe I'll watch it. I'm assuming there are subs somewhere at least?

Crunchyroll has a sub of the entire season for free.
That's what I used in the first place,and I'm glad I did.
(But yes,the show is pretty damn warped especially when sexual innuendos are involved)

It picks up around episode 6 when the Demon Sisters arrive.

That show is fucking odd, and it's shameless with its amount of fanservice and immatureness. But I love how it makes fun of so many Western subjects. Transformers, Pheonix Wright, Tom Cruise, Scarface... well, you'll see.

It's batshit insane, but it's a very enjoyable series.
