No. Nope. No, fuck you THQ. The Season Pass was easily one of the worst purchases I've ever made. None of the DLC released thus far has been anything more than boring. Even Genki Bowl was only OK. I paid $20 for an hour and some minutes of extra playtime, hoping it could somehow wash out the disappointing flavor of SR3. Sure, I'll see what else they can reveal come this Summer, and maybe it'll be awesome. But I've burned by their stupid DLC so far, and as of now, there's no way I'm dropping anymore on this.

I would say that whilst I honestly loved SR3 (despite its flaws), I'm a bit hesitant to drop 30 bucks on DLC. Seeing as how I'm in Australia its going to be more like 45.

Game was great, but the guys managing the DLC where in some other country.

Wait, wait. $29:99? I'm not sure what that is in british money, but I'll bet it ain't the usual price of expansions. It had better really add to the game if it's to be that much. They can't just chuck a few missions in and some new stuff not even including weapons available in said missions like gangstas in space. Seriously, if they don't play this carefully, this will be a disaster for them.
That's about £18.54, which is in the ballpark for a standalone expansion.

Even though the single GTAIV expansions were 1600msp or about £13.60 each as DLC, both the standalone Episodes From Liberty City and Undead Nightmare Collection were $29.99 or around £20 when released on disc.

Standalone expansions are always going to be a little bit more expensive than the DLC equivalent as it's more expensive to produce, package and distribute an expansion pack on a disc than it would be to just release it as DLC which requires the original game.
I know that it does sometimes happen, but if they go that route, they have to provide just as much content as said expansions.

It seems a little desperate and overpriced. Sorry, way overpriced. But I'll buy it for two reasons. One, anything tho keep these guys afloat, THQ is one of my favorite devs. And two, that one mission in the expansion where you did get superpowers was probably one of the best times I've ever had. When I woke up with superpowers, and just experimented a bit, I was giddy. I look forward to this!
