As long as they don't introduce broken characters, all's well that ends well.
After all, Mr Game and Watch will overcome all opponents.

True, but most of the characters who are called clones actually aren't.BrunDeign said:If you just take out the clones then you get more than three spaces opened up for new characters (four if you count Lucas).
Well lets not lose hope for Castlevania. I mean LoS was awesome. Los2 featured Alucard in the trailer so its probs gonna be awesome and Mirror of Fate is going back to basics, featuring Simon, Trevor and Alucard so its probably gonna be amazing too. Silent Hill was taken over by an American production company which is why they lost the subtle, pyschological horror and went more to american slasher flick, blood and scary monsters horror. And sigh, Megaman really isn't getting any love is he?Sixties Spidey said:I would ask the same question, but that all comes down to what companies have an agreement with Nintendo to use their characters. That's why Sonic and Snake were in Brawl. I doubt Capcom would let Megaman be used at all, given that Capcom has pretty much wiped their collective balls all over that franchise in every direction and corner, and Konami really has no idea what they're doing with Castlevania or any of their stable franchises. (See also, Silent Hill.)Joratron666 said:Why not include MegaMan, he started on Nintendo? Or how about Simon Belmont or someone from Castlevania, did Nintendo forget they started that series? I mean, include Snake but no Simon or Alucard? There's such an illustrious list of Nintendo characters that could have been utilized instead of just cloning existing characters.
