My name is Pathetic Falicy, the watered down Captain Planet with a cage fetish. I feel feels when it comes to the weather, and seein' yo purty ass in a cage gets me feelin' randy. Y'all bitches bettuh be ready, a'ight?

This one's more even, though. Although a hurricane might be a little too much more Swamp terror, but scattering will definitely help. Meaning I can't cage him in. And he can give Falicy a giant foot or something to weigh him down.

Name- Metal Ghetto, a vigilante who operate like Batman. No criminal is safe under his city watch (the city is his iron playground).

Battle- As long as Pathetic Falicy enter one step in the city where he reside, Metal Ghetto has the advantage by 100%! Otherwise he would have to operate a sneak attack that is he if can get a crowd of people to walk around Pathetic Falicy.

(I like the sound of this one and Raging Fire so far!)

Name: NightKnight, The archenemy of the holy vanguard, he turn where ever he into his unholy domain. Working only at night he uses his enhanced combat skills to take down any human foe and his manipulative powers to trun any weapon or robot into part of his arsonle.

Battle: Both have powers to have domain advantage an as Unohly territory can be created they would endup fighting in a unholy city. NighKnight can maipulate many things most of which would be found in the city and if fighting at night NightKnight has a combat advantage. I'd say that this battle would go to NightKnight

The Battle: If we are fighting in your dominion, victory is yours. But, any other location, my abilities would triumph. I could control the dark world and use my cartoon characters as soldiers.

Name Spiral Scorpion. A wandering superhero who deals with reality altering situation.

Battle- Scorpion mode engage at the start and should Insanity used his cartoon creature minions, Spiral Scorpion can fuse with them (combining with his spatial tuning will turn Insanity reality into his) thus adding more powers to him. Overall it look like Insanity will become sane thanks to the Spiral Scorpion!

The Battle: With near Omnipotence, victory is mine. Even if he wasn't a demi-god he would crush you with a tornado or hurricane.

The Battle: The Futurist can just decide to go into the future and make sure I lose. Nothing I can do about that really.

Name: mecha satan, like satan but uses robots and looks like a giant egg sac with a face.

Battle: this is a boss fight, think about it, robot minions, big evil thing that has multipal stages and 1 super move. If the water death is able to get pass mecha satan's robots, gadgets and unholy laser breath to destroy it before the true form is unlocked then it goes to the water death. But once mecha stan gets his true form, he should be able to make, ROBOT DEMONS its a logical combination and enhancment of his unholy breath and science combat, and lets face it, its hard to beat robot demons.

Name- Blood Almighty. A villain so steel worships and bloods from others.

Battle- I guess I go to a pray or something to be empowered and take the poor suckers blood and used my blood minions to break Pride of the Future, Past, and Present bone shield and pride constructs. Other than that he can easily changed Blood Almighty past in many ways (alter him to be good, make his powers weaker or had never existed).

Name:Sh'a'we(ssshhh-aw-way), unaligned to anything but destruction.

Battle: if Sh'a'we gets anywhere close to Blood almighties worshippers they'll very quickly go mad or dead which should weaken Blood almigty, but sh'a'we would leave a lot of blood in his path giving blood almighty a lot of minions. Sh'a'we would also have a lot of dark chi to work with. I'd say who ever gets the first blow against the other one with a strong attack would end up winning it.

Awh why has it to be electric base?

Name- The Keyholder, a vigilante who view himself above the law as he used his powers to imprision villains and criminals alike as he teleport them away (eletric portal) to god knows where. Even then whoever find the imprision villain or criminal will need a special key to freed them which only The Keyholder has on him.

Battle- The Keyholder will create one great big prison soley for Sh'a'we assuming they are standing on the ground (he's screw if they were on a boat, sky or outer space). He then quickly lock up the prision with his key powers which will infuse the prision with anti dark chi, madness and fire. After that he will then need to generate electricity (get a generator nearby or make a lightning storm?) to banish Sh'a'we away.

The Battle: I have better combat bases powers and my earth control trumps The Keymaker's cages. Only threat to me is the portals, but I should be able to counteract those with my flying.

Name: Soul Reaper. A anti-hero who must steal the souls of villains and in very rare cases, innocents. Not just to maintain his powers, but to stay alive.

The Battle: Cosmic Arsenal will kick my ass. Being a cosmic super being and immortality tend to beat the ability to control space.

Name- The Tarot Fighter. A Gypsy freeloader who does whatever she want and get away with it too with her key to the door ability!

Battle- Soul Raper is in a lose lose situation (he need to steal soul to survive but with Tarot dead aversion inducement, it will only make himself weaker). Tarot Figher can easily finish him off with her card combat skill and send him away with her key to the door ability.

The Battle: Actually, all the sex appeal and blasts of compressed air aren't going to do much against fire and lightning bolts. Although... I could draw all oxygen out of the area that Dances With Fire occupies. That's my best shot, I think.

Name- Stunning Girl. A superhero who stunning good look combine with her cosmic electric powers sure make her quite a shocker to the evildoers!!! All of the superhero (both guys and gals) want to team up with her and it ain't just for her looks (her combining ability is handy for the other hero)!

Battle. The battle could be somewhat even (Stunning Girl drawn to Cat Tail succubus physic while Cat Tail will be drawn to Stunning Girl beauty however the alpha ability could make her resistant to it?) however Stunning Girl will quickdraw her cosmic electricity to struck Cat Tail down before she whip out her air manipulation.

The Battle: Stunning Girl's control over cosmic electricity could hurt, but when it comes to actually fighting power, I have the advantage of lava and an infected arm.
