This is really creepy. I can't imagine a sociology course or anything that would require you to collect data like hair and eye colour or hight difference between someone and their significant other, not to mention a variety of other personal questions. That's just fucking weird. Some of the questions are pretty obscure and badly worded. If this is a legitimate survey, it's not a very good one.

1. Are you currently in a relationship?

Nah. I'm about to go to boot camp in a month, and then I'll be away for months at a time. Not a good time for relationships.

2. What is your age and
if you answered yes to 1 what is the difference in age between you and your other?
Height difference?

19 years old.

3. What is your hair color? and your others hair color? eye color?

Very dark brown; many call it black. My eyes are dark brown.

4. Do you/both have job/s? What?

I'm in the US Navy, Delayed Entry Program.

5. Have you, or your other been sexually intimate before with people other than each other?

Virgin.

6. How did you meet? (where and how)

n/a

7. How would you grade your personal relationships A-F? on all your relationships(parents, friends, teachers?

A. I'm on good terms with pretty much everyone I know.

8. How often do you keep in touch with other people? with you other

I talk to other human beings every day.

9. If you could change one thing about yourself or your other what would it be?

I would want to be more patient. That's one of my biggest shortcomings.

10. What would you do if your other left you? Or Are you alone?

I don't have an "other" and am doing just fine that way.

11. If your lonely and meet someone your strongly attracted to (physically/emotionally/personally) but there is no hope of being with them as they are this way with another, what do you do?

I've been in this situation pretty recently. What happened was I kept a lid on it. Eventually we decided we couldn't be together (after she'd broken up with the boyfriend she had when I met her. She's with someone else now.)

12. Do you feel relationships should just happen naturally or should you pursue and work at?
(Note that no relationship may come about either way)
Pick one or the other.

They definitely require a ton of work to maintain. Anyone who thinks that they should be effortless is going to have trouble with anything long-term.

13. If someone came along that you liked better wholeheartedly more than your current other, what would you do?

How much they like me isn't the only deciding factor, not even close. There's a lot of other things to take into consideration so with that information alone, I wouldn't act on this in any way.

14. Are you Happy, Satisfied, or Unhappy?

I'm perfectly content with my lot. Even when I'm miserable, I'm still grateful for my existence.

10. ForeverAlone.jpg

1. No

... and that's to the survey. Not to the questions. I can not be the only one who finds it at least a little strange answering these fairly intimate questions for a stranger on the internet. Not only that, if this survey is from anyone (except possibly a high school student) then it's beyond unprofessional to have people just leave their answers on a public forum.

Also, what statistically relevant information could one possibly hope to derive from the last few questions, whose many potential answers would be too varied to properly categorize with the small number of responses one might get asking on an internet forum.

Why are people answering this? It's creepy and bizarre to give out all your personal information to a random stranger who probably wants it to go through your safety questions on various accounts.
Note he also hasn't given any reason for this survey, or what he plans to do with the data.
It happens here, a lot of surveys are taken for classes and the like.
And why the bloody hell do I care if someone knows I'm happy and have brown hair? Holy crap! NOW THEY KNOW ALL MY INFORMATION. THEY WILL TAKE MY MONEEZ. D:

But on a more serious note, how will this help him and hurt me in any way whatsoever?
Well this is how phishers get info on peoples security questions.
Also, I think it's creepy that someone is asking intimate questions. Plus what class is this dude taking?

None of this information links to any of my security questions, though.

And why do you find it creepy?
