IF this kid is part of it, I have no quarrel with dropping the heavy end of the hammer on him.
Having computer security skills is great. Using them to get laughs by downgrading other people's lives is over and beyond stupid. Whether its "anarchy" or "free information" they represent, I don't think they truly understand the concepts of either or the consequences. If you have skills like this, use them to further enrich people's lives, be a useful citizen, not some sociopathic assjack who's in it "for the lulz". Gods be damned thats the most childish crap I've ever heard. Its like griefing on a massive scale, on top of felony theft and the cyber version of B&E/home invasion.
Grow up, add to the world in a useful way instead of grabbing at your 15 minutes of fame for 15-25 years in jail for dumb crap.

After what he made SONY consumers go through, not to mention dozens of others for his various other hacks, i wouldn't be surprised if he did get extradited. The supreme court was involved in a lot of those cases, so it sounds like there might not even be a deal ala Geo-douche style.
