Oh, thank god. I'm not alone. Click on a thread specifically titled "Sweet dream fuel" and then suddenly BAM!, nightmares.

Anyway, not much to suggest here, besides some calming music and maybe a looping video of a sleeping kitten.

I actually find the Lavender Town music to be quite calming though so take my advice with a pinch of salt.
