Swizz Beatz and Kim Dotcom...?

I don't even...what? What kind of names are those?

It reminds me of Regular Show, when Rigby renamed himself to 'Trash Boat'.
Is the guys name Kim or Kit? It seems like it changes every news article. Maybe thats his defense against the law enforcement.

Is it wrong of me to want the government to lose simply on the grounds that they're slimy & greedy with a swollen ego?
Nope. It is, however, wrong of the government to attempt this in the first place. I would advise writing to your local representative demanding they drop the case.

I'd say this is more worrisome because it'll make foreign companies less likely to hire Americans if it means the U.S. government suddenly has say over their behavior.

Also makes no logical sense. After all, how many companies go overseas and violate U.S. labor practices while having an American management team? Don't see them receiving summons. Maybe there's a finer legal point I'm missing, but I doubt it.
