I managed to get through to an semi-loaded site after a few attempts of refreshing, most images and links hadn't loaded, but there was one in the middle, were the timer used to be that said "Bioware Bazaar" (stylized).

Some sort of Digital distribution platform perhaps? Prolly just yet another way to rip us off...
