Tactical shooters on PC?

So I just rebeat the latest Ghost Recon game, and I need more! The problem is I have already beaten every Ghost Recon and Rainbow 6 game multiple times.

Are there any other good tactical shooters in existence?

I want to slowly sweep through a map, knowing death is only a split second away at any time. I want to pick enemies off from across a map with a silenced sniper, and order my sqad to the perfect positions.

Any ideas or does Tom Clancy own this entire genre?

Well, there's ArmA 2, one of the best tactical shooters out there. Or the earlier Operation Flashpoint titles.

Well going way back into the past, The SWAT games were the Daddy of everything else (to my knowledge).

Hidden & Dangerous 2. A tactical shooter in WW2 in which you lead a squad of SAS soldiers you can choose, equip and develop on your own. I don't know about the first one, but Hidden & dangerous 2 was a lot of fun when a friend and I used to play it.

If you own a Source game, pick up Insurgency, they host it on Steam in fact. I can hardly believe it's even a Source mod.

SWAT 3 and 4 are my personal favourites. 4 especially was really, really damned good, I highly recommend it!

As People have said, Swat 3 and 4 totally rule. Armed Assault and Operation Flashpoint are also good. But to be honest, R6, being the Gran dad of them all Is still IMO the best, Especially Raven Shield.
