Ah, but what no one has figured out is that Jobs *is* the master. Gates was just an expendable pawn like Maul or Dooku...

Waw, that was a lot of Bills from Accounting falling...

Anyway, hilarious video. However, I wouldn't say that Apple beat Microsoft. On the contrary, by redirecting their efforts into a completely different market and making their hardware compatible for Windows users, I think Jobs preety much admitted the fact that he was beat in terms of the personal computer market. However, it is undeniable that Apple is better off for recognising this fact and redirecting their efforts elsewhere.
"I would have used spell-check, but I smoked it!!!"

That was funny.

Didn't understand a word the women said, yet I understood everything that happened. Funniest part was when the guy was like "My iphone has reception problems." So then Steve cuts off the guys fingers and is like "Problem solved!"

The video's in Chinese, so I understand almost everything they're saying.
Oh the hilarity.

Friggin' hilarious. Sure wish western news organizations did stuff like this! 'Course, then Lucas would've sued the crap out of them.

Wait you are on the internet, are not a Apple fanboy, heard of at least an epic one of their constant shenanigans and didn't realise that Apple is the dark side? The force is not strong in this one... but we forgive you for finding this awesomely cheesy video. :)

I love these NMA News videos. They have produced other gems such as:
The NBC Scheduling Debacle [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJ9m1an-pQ8]
Al Gore is a Sex-Crazed Poodle [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJWxpdYJ3Oc]
Justin Blieber vs. the Internets [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ac9Arzm7_o]

I posted this video Monday on the forums but no one was interested :(

Much as I dislike Micro$oft, Apple have stepped forward as the truly evil corporation. Perhaps it's because of Gates stepping down, perhaps not.

But their legal wranglings make Zynga, Facebook and Langdell look like amateurs. [http://www.cracked.com/article_18377_5-reasons-you-should-be-scared-apple.html]

Apple has sent out updates specifically designed to disable phones that have been modified to work with carriers other than AT&T, or to run Microsoft Office.
Imagine if they'd done that to PCs running Linux?

Torture, Suicide, Monopolising functionality, Monopolising carriers, Rejecting the Karma Sutra for Obscenity, Periodic Unblockable Adverts that halt functionality?

This is what they've ALREADY done.

Goddamit, Micro$oft maybe obsessive money grabbers but there's a line...

That was so hilarious. "Here, let me fix your reception issue by cutting off your fingers"

Meeeeeeeeeeep!

I just read that article, and did some research on my own. Yikes! I knew about the nightmare of the App Store, but seriously, when did having adverts that lock down your technology become a good idea?

And what about the iPhone? Unblockable, unskippable adverts that keep you from using your phone as a phone? Say you're in an emergency, and need to call 911. But as your loved one is dying, you're forced to watch a commerical for Branston Pickle before the you can use your phone again?

Yes, yes, it'll probably have a "call emergency number" override, and that the above situation is the extreme(ly silly) example. But the point remains... what if your emergency is less than 911-worthy? Or you lose signal (because you have AT&T), and you can't get back to the person (client, job interviewer, doctor, other important person in your life) because there is an ad in the way? It just seems like a terribly irresponsible way to get some quick cash from a population that is already paying you millions of dollars to have a iPhone in the first place.

[small]P.S.: "He was a great man, and I loved him very much. And yet, for reasons I can't fathom, I just had to get some Branston Pickles on the way to the hospital. I missed his final moments of life because of how long the line was at the grocery store, but I know he understands that Branston Pickles are delicious."[/small]

Yeah, Steve Jobs has a LOT of celebrity enforcement, but don't trust him any more than you would Kotick. Gates at least admits he's in it for the money.
