I see someone who clearly doesn't care too much about his appearance, who inside is slowly falling to pieces. He's struggling to cope with his life, especially his love life (or lack thereof), and as a coping mechanism he's taking more risks because he doesn't care as much about the consequences, rather than because of increased confidence. He worries that this is going to spiral out of control and that he's going to fall back into the crippling depression that destroyed the years he spent at high school. He also questions why he's still up at 1.30am when he knows he needs to be up tomorrow, and why he does this shit to himself so often...

I'm staring at a monitor which has 3 internet tabs and steam open, my chubby belly and breasts pushing against the desk while I'm sat on my executive chair wearing some dark casual clothes. I will probably go and play a game or read my history books in a bit. Outside, it's getting darker. The cat is sniffing me for some reason.

I'm sitting sort of on my back on a very comfy couch with my left foot on the table in front of me and my right foot resting on top of that one.
I'm wearing jeans and a blue t-shirt with the air cadets logo on it. (I don't know why I still wear this shirt, I only spent a year in the cadets because my CO was a complete asshole) After I finish writing this I'll go make myself some Kraft Dinner (yum) for lunch and I'll watch another episode of Dragon Ball z (I'm re-watching the whole series).

I'd be quite comfortable, except my grandmother, who's sitting in the same room, keeps annoying me.

I see me sitting at my desk where my laptopn is in shorts, a t-shirt and hoodie with socks and shoes on, waiting for my buddie Jay to get back from talking to a computer person about servers and whatnot so we can do more recording for our website (not porn before anyone makes that joke XD), which I would post a link to if I didn't think that the Escapist would be annoyed with me doing so.

Payday: The Heist is on right now on my PS3, and I'm taking a break from that while I'm waiting. My desk is the usual collection of papers, old mail, books, wallet, keys, cell phone, watch, and ring. The fan is on low to keep the air circulating, even thogh it's only about 60 degrees or so outside. My Yellow Lab is sleeping on my couch, and the other two dogs (a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Lab/Dachshund mix, respectively) are sleeping on my bed. I have an empty liter that held water before I drank it all, and another empty glass that contained grapefruit juice sit beside my laptop. I also have a can of compressed air on my desk to dust off my computer every so often.

But alas, work/play calls (we record gameplay at our site, among some other things), and videos don't make themselves.

Its my 20th birthday today. Sat in front of my laptop waiting for friends to come to take me out for dinner!
