How comes no-one likes the Mako?

Once you got used to the driving it was fine. It wasn't that bad

10/10 :)
I for one have long been a defender of the Mako, and still stick by it to this day. I may be in the minority here, but I definitely got attached to that chunky little guy over the course of the game. Hopefully whatever we'll be driving around the planets in ME2 will carry on that tradition.

Anyway, 10/10, in 1 minute 5 seconds. My knowledge of the Mass Effect universe is unsurpassed, at least far as this quiz is concerned!

Whoop, first quiz ever to ace. It was pretty easy, though. 30th is pretty good.

Only watched 40 odd seconds of that clip, but if you don't even bother trying to steer out of the way of massive obstacles like other stationary vehicles or tanktrap style things, you don't get to complain about the handling.
At the 1:13 point in that video there's an annotation along the lines of "There's a mysterious feature that automatically sets the vehicle upright, unrealistically and against any predictable laws of game physics, and by no visible means".

Possibly the creator of that video has never heard of a gameplay concession. Even if it would be more realistic to not be able to recover should the Mako land upside down or on it's side, it certainly wouldn't be as fun. Also, having read most of the codex entries myself (yes, I was that interested), the Mass Effect pseudo-science does go some way to explaining the Makos self-righting capabilities.

Mass Effect - BioWare's space-themed RPG - had an innovative dialog system
ummmm i think they had the same dialog system in Knights of the Old Republic, it's not very innovative at all.

You want some a hard questions? ok,

1. How many Dreadnoughts does the Human fleet have and what are they named after?

2. What do Turians say about Asari soldiers?

3. What are the main differences between the L2 and L3 biotic implants?

You Google, you lose!

Ha, I ranked 5th without even trying! Well, barely trying. I could have done faster.

EDIT: Well I was 5th when I took the quiz, though I couldn't post this then. I see my rank has dropped considerably since then. Still, though, I'm proud. I would have liked harder questions that did more than acknowledge that you played the game.

1. Yeah, can't get this one without googling. I do know the human dreadnought fleet is something like 1/5th the size of the Turian one (by law), and I think they're named after mountains(?) or something. Or maybe that's carriers. Oh, and frigates are named after famous battles (Normandy, Iwo Jima, etc.)

2. Codex said something to the effect of "The Asari are the best soldiers in the Galaxy; fortunately, there aren't many of them."

3. L3s ironed out most of the kinks associated with eezo integration. In short, biotics with L3s experience far fewer side effects than the L2s. OF course, Kaidan still has the old L2s, so he gets some nasty migraines from time to time. Also: The adept description for ME2 says that you get some new L5x implants if you play as that class. So that should be fun.

More please!

All correct, good god someone who actually reads the codex entries.

4. If Shepards per-service history is Spacer, where is his/her mother?

5. What kind of military ship does the human fleet use that no other fleet does?

6. Who commands the Destiny Ascencient?

Again, You Google, you lose.

First quiz I ever got 100% on. If there's a badge, I'm wearing it.

I admit, I had to research the "bring down the sky" question though, I never got any DLC for this game.
