"taking a break"

So my gf and I are "taking a break" which is usually followed by a break up, is this always true? I realize it all depends on teh couple but I am curious to your thoughts

Goes one of two ways.

A) You take a break, realize that you don't belong together, break up.
B) You take a break, realize that you do belong together, get back together.

No way to know how it'll turn out.

It can only go one of two ways dude. Don't always assume that its gonna be a break up.

I wouldn't say it is "always" true. Only sometimes.
It could go either way.
But things like this, will never be an always situation, as it has/will happen countless times throughout or history, both past and future.

I have seen situations where it has gone one way, and just as many where it went the other.

No way to tell now.
