I remember stumbling across this on the bioware forums, one had shodan.

Well if you look closely in the first Mass Effect, you can slightly see through her mask.
She has very bright white or yellow eyes. And it looked like silverish skin. Although it might have just been the purple visor filtering the colour.

But I really hope it turns out to be this:
