OH Tank! Tank! Tank! we expected so much of you: repetitiveness, unimaginitiveness, and simplicity (and all of that from the title). at least you didn't disappoint those expectations,

but at 50USD. Just Why?

If it's not worth a buy at all, why is it a two out of five?

Are the escapist secretly running a three star scoring system?

Guys, let's make this the only thread about Tank! Tank! Tank! in the world that doesn't have a *word*! *word*! *word*! joke every other post.

I believe 1 star is only for broken, unplayable games, or offensively bad games. This game is functional, but just shallow and repetitive.

Shouldn't broken/unplayable be 0 stars?
I would imagine 1 would be for games that aren't broken, but have no redeeming features. They did find a FEW good things in Tank! Tank! Tank!

BattleTanx, Treadmarks, Armored Fist, any of these ring a bell? They are ten years older than this game and manage to be generation ahead in terms of fun! Hell, pop Battlefield 1942: Desert Combat in for some even greater fun.

Full price for a port of a 3 year old game

And the games industry wonders why so may people buy second hand instead of new

The premise of TANK! TANK! TANK! is solid - you ride around in an armored death machine and fight giant mechanical animals sent by moon aliens.
Win! Win! Win!

The execution of that premise, however, is disappointing.
How could you fuck that up? You had a moral imperative to make that game awesome!
