Also, a (significant) price cut on memory cards would be nice. 4gb just doesn't cut it.
Sony are costing themselves money with this continued stupidity with the memory card prices, they seem unable to grasp the concept that by making it incontinent to download games people are not buying as many digital games. On a console that heavily relies on digital content, its crazy.
Inconvenient, sir, not incontinent. One of these pertains to an object or a service's ease of use, the other refers to loss of bladder and/or sphincter control.

OT: I do hope that the PSVita's price drop reaches us Norse folk too. A new handheld console might be nice, and from what I've heard the battery in the 3DS is not fantastic. A re-release of either handheld with a better battery for the 3DS or compatibility with generic micro-SD cards for the PSVita would make me quite happy!
+5 pendant points to you good sir, obvious spelling mistake caused by Androids word insertion gains a condescending remark but the point is completely ignored. Yes I do happen to know the difference between the two words and I do happen to know what incontinent means, do you understand what having very bad manners means?
Calm down a bit m8, I don't think he meant it to be condescending, it seems more as though he was just trying to correct you. I realize many people take it as an insult when someone corrects their spelling/grammar on the forums, but to me making sure people have the correct word isn't a disservice.

Then to follow that up, you jump on him and then accuse him of being rude when I didn't see any malintent presented in the quoted text. I could be way off here, but I don't think he was trying to be rude, but I do think you may have overreacted to his post.

OT: The sale is a good one, and if I wasn't starting a new job during the sale, I would probably get it. As it is though, I will be an extra 3 weeks without a paycheck, so I need to save my money to pay rent/utilities/food bills. If it is a trend towards lower prices, than I will probably own one in the very near future.

Well they are still trying to charge 4 times the price for the Flash storage. So I refuse to buy a Vita because of that. I like to buy games online. I will not be able to with a small storage and I do not want to shell out $70+ for a 32GB stick.

I can take a joke, when it is a joke but as he included a condescending definition of the word it obviously wasn't. A Joke would have been something like "I know the cost of the memory cards is crap but surely its not that bad?" and being helpful or constructive would be to politely point out the mistake, sarcastic condescension is neither a joke or constructive. In all honesty my spelling and grammar isn't that great, I have little formal academic education and left school with some GCSEs and nothing else[footnote]My education is actually extensive but its vocational[/footnote] but I am not sensitive about it because I am who I am. Bad manners and patronising attitudes irritate me thats all

Unless I completely missed something, I didn't see any comments dripping with sarcasm, just a direct definition comparison. Maybe my sarcasm detector just isn't going off, that does tend to happen online, but I don't see it. Anyhow, even if he does have intentions of being a dick, why not be the bigger man and just say something along the lines of "Hey, thanks for catching that, my phone must have mis-corrected it" or something of that nature.

On the topic of vocational education, don't sweat it, many people with formal education are out of jobs right now, while people with technical degrees are flourishing (at least in the US). Aside from that, I don't attribute intelligence to a person's education level or their spelling/grammar (in fact mine tends to be quite poor as well). I was just trying to point out that I didn't think he meant anything untoward upon you. If I missed the patronization, then I apologize, I was just trying to keep the topic calm is all.

He was being patronising by posting the extremely obvious definition of the word incontinent as if I didn't know what it meant, like you would to a seven year old kid or something. No need to try and keep it calm though its all good.
