I'm gonna go with Tauros because it's the closest pokemon to actual beef in the whole universe, excluding that weird cow thingie in the second one which I can tell tastes like AIDS.

the cuter they are, the better they taste. Plus they tend to be low-fat and have relatively little meat on the bones, you have to be carefull during cooking to not burn the meat. Slow n'steady in a light creamy sauce does the trick just fine.
