If you're in Ireland or that damn UK, the brand name Lyon's Tea with some milk and two sugars is always a good-to-go! Jasmine's already been said, so I also go for Orange and Lotus Flower, by Twinings. You can chill with that one

I like the tea they service during dim sum. I'm actually mostly Vietnamese and French. I'm only 1/32 Chinese. (Reason why I don't have an HKSAR passport.
