Team ICO announce why I need a PS3

Is it still being called Trico? I thought that was the codename, but whatever.

Now its being called The Last Guardian

Oh, that makes sense. I assumed, in my half-awake state, that they were simply telling us that the...dog...thing was the Last Guardian, not that it was the name of the game.

Nonono, not at all. The idea/reason behind exclusives. Team ICO are geniuses. Trust me, I wouldn't badmouth them or anything they put out.

And I know the reason, I just hate that the reason exists. I wish situations where you would NEED to buy a certain system for a certain game just didn't exist.

You're attempting to seperate the experience from the necessities. In a situation where there were no exclusives, would we still get this game? Probably no.

So why is it necessary? Give some reasons for your opinion instead of talking out of your ass all of the time.

They did? I remenber ICO never was a big thing when it came out. I do remenber SoTC being more talked about.

Lol, that's the best description I've heard of that creature so far.

This game looks pretty awesome - I loved SotC. This, Heavy Rain, and GoW III may make me have to get a PS3... damn my lack of money!

I was very excited to see this on part 2 of quores e3 coverage. I was blown away by the un polished 'team trico' trailer that got leaked a few weeks back. I wanna see the 4 minute version of the E3 trailer now =[

They did? I remenber ICO never was a big thing when it came out. I do remenber SoTC being more talked about.

The game was unveiled before it was released, I think I remember hearing that there was some definite rumblings about it at the E3 before its release. Then again, that was 9 years ago.

ICO was also drowned by the release of Halo, GTA3, Metal Gear Solid 2 and FFX so it passed really low on the radar. It didn't sell that much.
