I'd probably cry from happiness if I got proposed to.
I've wanted to be engaged for fraking ages but I've more or less given up all hope now so I think the surprise would be so nice, it'd make me cry.
You're so young though! :O

OP: I've cried from laughing too much but I don't think that's what you mean.
One of my friends is a few months older than me and she's married
It seems everyone around me is engaged :(

I can barely manage to cry when I really feel like it or need to, so no, I have never shed tears of joy.

Well, I have laughed so hard at something so stupendiously funny that I start to cry, however I'm more worried about being too busy laughing to bother with all that breathing stuff.

Dunno if that counts or not, but I was feeling pretty joyful at the time.

That's really bizarre.
I know one or two people who have got engaged but they don't actually plan to get married for years. Most of my friend are completely allergic to the idea at this age.

When Half-Life 2: Episode 3 or Half-Life 3 is released I will cry tears of joy.

Seriously though I have never cried tears of joy. Than again I don't cry at all. If I have I don't remember it because it has been so long.

You are... 20? I didn't even meet my first boyfriend until I was your age, and didn't have my first kiss until I was 21.

Now I'm 25 and that first boyfriend and first kiss is my husband. But man, did I have to wait a long time for him to turn up!

OT: I was thinking about all the major moments in my life - my wedding, stuff like that - and I didn't cry for any of that. But I have cried while just hugging my husband. I think I was overcome with happiness on having found someone and feeling so loved.

That's terribly sentimental. I'ma going to shoot some baddies now to balance things out, k?

Music has made me do that sometimes too, feel so happy I wanted to cry.
Well then, would you marry me? =O

Marriage is great and all for the wedding couple, but a nightmare for those who have to prepare everything afterwards (read: ME!)

OT: Not really no. Not even laughed until I cried, though I have laughed until my sides hurt too much to laugh anymore.
