there's something wrong with my Windows XP. here's my dilemma. y'see, 2 years ago, my mother gave me our old XP because she was getting a mac which, through many coincidences, i am now on, i have my computer hooked up to the ethernet cord with "work offline" turned off, but it won't go to any sites and im not going to limit myself to this computer for all damned eternity. so, a little help fellas?

Go to Start menu --> Connect to ---> Show all connections, what is shown?
If you want to be really helpful, go to start--> run, type in "cmd". Then in this window type in "ipconfig /all". Take a screenshot or type in all the output and post it up here.
