Well, I've found out in a recent thread that nearly every single current escapist has posted in at least one my threads, but I've also heard more and more criticism of my threads and how they're degrading. Should I stop making them?

yes...because you created this worthless thread right here. It's such a narcissistic question--I read a lot here, but don't remember you. But that shouldn't mean a thing to you.

Oh Goddamit. I just want to hit myself against the fucking wall. I don't know what I'm doing now. I used to make good threads, and now I'm descending into narcism and trolling...

I don't know your threads, but if you have to ask: yes.
For what reason?
Because everyone hates you and we all wish you would go die.

If you still like to make threads just try and improve on them, if you just don't want to make them anymore then don't. I can't really talk though, my threads hardly ever get a single response.

Yeah, when you start making threads like this, it's time to take a break. And maybe take your thread-making less seriously.

You make threads because you want to know what we think, as long as you keep making them for that reason, I don't see any harm in it.

Pretty much this.

How many of those threads promoted discussion? Because the only two of them I can remember have been this one and the one where you asked people what your new avatar should be.

You don't have to stop making threads. That's an extreme solution, even for someone making as many as you. But you really need to stop making so many. Some days I can see 5 of your threads currently active on the forum, and that's a bit much.

If you stop making threads so frequently, they will be much more special for you when you do create them. It will also stop annoying many of the other users here, and it wont seem like you're clogging up the Escapist with threads that don't promote very much discussion.

I've been annoying users with my thread making frequency? I've never none that until you told me. Thanks for the tip!

Like I have said before, It is very selfish if you just make countless threads. You should contribute more to other peoples.

And from the only two threads I know you from, it sounds like you are an annoying fanpage on facebook
