Guys, guys, we only Spiderman derail on pony threads if it's incredibly stupid. This is just a postcount brag thread thinly veiled with a mildly beat-to-death topic. I, for one, shall take the thread at the face it wants to present.
Anyone saying X is best posy is an idiot. Sorry, it's true. No pony is best pony, because all are best pony and worst pony. Declaring one better is either playing down their flaws, or playing down the positive traits on every other pony. AJ is a workaholic, Rarity is vain bordering on shallow, Twilight is varying degrees of insane, Pinkie is just Pinkie, Fluttershy is a spineless doormat, and Dash is arrogant and prideful. Though Rarity is generous, Twilight a good friend while AJ is a dependable one, Fluttershy is incorruptibly kind, Dash will have your back forever if you've earned it, and once more, Pinkie is Pinkie (yes, this is a plus and negative).
I will admit you can have a favorite pony. Taste is subjective. But not a best pony. That's the great thing. The characters are nicely balanced with good and bad traits.
