Terrible Casting

I don't know how many of you have read Lee Child's Jack Reacher series, but if you have, you may know they are making a movie of the book One Shot...with Tom Cruise as Jack. Seriously, Tom Cruise is playing a 6 foot 5, muscle bound strongman. I don't even know where to begin with how stupid this is, so I will leave the talking up to you guys.

If you are a fan, what do you think? What other stupid casting decisions have ruined movies for you?

P.S. I wrote this entire post upside down and now have a headache. I shouldn't have pressed the button.

I didn't like Matthew Goode as Ozimandas. Don't get me wrong he's a good actor and he gave it a decent go, but he wasn't built enough, too young and didn't have a heroic vibe (and jaw). Any man who plays Ozimandas should be able to play say Captain America.

Will Smith in I Am Legend. To be honest I don't mind Will Smith, but Robert Neville is supposed to be a blond haired white guy. If it was the other way around the film would be accused of being racist, I bet you. I suppose that film was just a giant rape of the book anyway, that's the least of it.
