As it says list any drummer that blows your mind. For me it would be:

Inferno (Behemoth)
Gene Hoglan (SYL, Fear Factory, Dark Angel, Death)
Richard Christy (Death)
Mike Browning (Nocturnus)
Scott Travis (Judas Priest)
Hellhammer (Mayhem, Emperor, Arcturus, Immortal)

The guy from Def Leppard is pretty impressive if you ask me. Also Lars Ulrich. Drummers don't really blow my mind though to be honest. They would have to do a badass solo in freefall or something equally cool to get the tag mind blowing from me.

I'm a big fan of Brann Dailor (Mastodon). He's a pretty damn cool guy, a pretty damn good drummer (listen to Crystal Skull and Iron Tusk to see my point) in a pretty damn awesome band.

Oh, ad he's a huge Randy Rhoads fan, so he has a polka dot drumkit with Randy on the bass drum. Cool, eh?

Richard Christy - Death
Gene Hoglan - Death (I haven't heard any of his drumming with other bands)
Hellhammer - Dimmu Borgir (again, I haven't heard any of his drumming with other bands)
Kai Hahto - Wintersun (again, I haven't heard any of his drumming with other bands)

Nikolas Barker (Dimmu Borgir), Lopez from Amon Amarth, The drummer from Mastodon, Into Eternity's drummers (they seem to go through them a lot), and the drummer from Lost Horizon.

Jojo Mayer.
Rock drummers got nothin on drum and bass.
Oh yes. Jojo is a beast.

Heh, Lars Ulrich is probably the only drummer who plays so efficiently off-time. On the top of his game when it comes to missing double bass hits.

Tony Williams was incredible already in his early years. Steve Gadd also comes to mind... There are so many good ones that I won't name them here.

Gadd soloing over "Sicily" (by Chick Corea) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rpu47XENZAs

E: I have to give credit to Hellhammer aswell. He seems to be on a completely other level rhythmically than ninety per cent of the other metal drummers.

Hellhammer's main band, Mayhem, is where he lets his drumming out, especially in De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas. Don't lets Mayhem's history scare you. Hoglan is a beast in his other bands, Dark Angel and Strapping Young Lad.

Keith Moon...

I'm suprised no one else has mentioned him yet, he invented a new style of drumming called cross kitting.

The guy was a lunatic though, rumour has it he put piranha's in his swimming pool because he didn't want anyone swimming in it.

Keith Moon shine on you crazy diamond!

Tim Alexander of Primus is absolutely amazing, also Keith Moon was great, check out "A Quick One" from the Rock and Roll Circus, he goes absolutely bonkers.

I'll come back to this post tomorrow to remember these names so I can check the bands out. I can't really do it now because I have a few cousins staying over and I'm moving back and forth around the house playing PS3 and what not.
