The character in the Jurassic Park picture was a mathematician, though, so that makes four mathematicians. I'm guessing the answer we need is two more mathematicians.

The pictures are in a spiral shape based on the Fibonacci sequence: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13. Next numbers are 21, 34, 55, though I'm not sure whether that's relevant.
I just ran the biggest picture in the hole through a tineye search. That's fibbonacci. I'd say it's VERY relevant. :D
Now who's the smallest one?

Not sure if this is relevant but chaos theory was used in jurassic park, which is a branch of maths

The smallest picture is the protagonist from the movie Pi, who is also a mathematician.

You know this is getting deep when I have to actually close the tab with the original puzzle on it to make room for the countless others I have open for this.

Huh, well, now that I have what each picture means I have a very definitive thing from it. Just not entirely sure what to do with that now.
ISBN for a book by some guy I'm sure we all know of.
Yes, but where do we go from there? That's the problem.
I totally hope we have to read it for a clue, because I have it next to me :)
I totally hope we don't have to read it because:
a) I don't have it and I'm sure not every Escapist does (well, maybe most of us,but not EVERYONE);
b) It would be terribly tedious to read an entire book in search of a single clue;
c) It would be too much fan-service from a guy who clearly doesn't like fan-service.

Yeah, that was me once again trying *without much success) to give out a subtle hint...

Care to give us a hint Hashime?
All I will say is that as I was typing what all the people had in common it hit me like a piece of steel.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

I got it. I tried that on an earlier day too.

Going partially off Hashime and from what I've been looking at, it seems that video game music is often set to the golden ratio. And a common series seems to have a Zealous Ardent following indeed
