Bah, number 3 is the only one I'm stuck on.
I did Alpha-Numeric conversion and got "Dvdrokai" Now I'm stumped.
You have to mix it.

YAY! All 5!

Thanks to everyone who helped, and the friendly people at Google, although I am ashamed to say I have only played 1 of them :/
So far I've only played one of them to. How many letters does the answer to #4 have?

And that's Day 1 done. I pray that tomorrow things get harder...

Why did I say that?

Calumon: I think you're empty in your biiiiig head!
*smacks Jack in the head*

Teach him, Calumon! XD
Oh, they get harder. I promise you, they do. Today's puzzles are just to give you a feel for the types of solving you might have to do.

You'll be cursing our names by week's end. Trust me.
Bring it.

Your puzzles can't overcome our collective minds :)

Done and done. Hints:

Everything you need is literally right in front of you, you just need to change how you're looking at it

This one jammed me up for a while, but it shouldn't be too hard to finish

Um... it's exactly what you think it is? There are precisely four possible answers, and three of them are obviously incorrect. It is two words though; just pay attention to the instructions, really

More a procedural clue than a hint at the solution: not all the words you see are used in the final answer

Trust me, you've seen this recently whether you know it or not

phew, got 1, 3,4 and 5, and so far i havent played any of the games, well, i did have 1 installed but i never really felt like i played it.

and i agree with the criticism of number 5, its not a puzzle, there is no way to figure it out if you havent played the game.

Oh and some help with number 2 please, my brain doesn't work the right way
so far all i have figured out is that its not bioshock, which was the first thing that popped up with a clue like little sister, then i thought Crys little sister, as in devil may cry, it gotta be bayonetta, nope, number 2 is dumb ;(
You're going the right way with twisting the phrase around. Merge the two words you got.

Voila.
bloody hell, the only reason i got it was because i called my sister about Christmas.

"Hi [censored], about Christmas, can i get a ride with...I GOT IT, I GOT IT!!"

thanks for the hint^^.

I was really stumped on Number Three, but anagram solvers did the trick. Goes to show how much publicity THAT game got, given I've barely heard of it until now...

I have two out of five so far... I will get them all, even if it kills me.
Solved puzzles one and three, GAH!

Any clues for number two?
Seriously? Two was the easiest one. XD
That's the great thing about puzzles - what stumps one person, another will find blindingly easy...of course, they'll have puzzles of their own that they can't solve. We tried to appeal to many types of different brains with the Puzzle Adventure, so that everybody will need a little help on something.

Don't get cocky. You never know what's waiting for you on Day Two. :)

Alright. Alright. I know that was a little mean, and everyone does indeed pick up different things. Besides, I'm not good at puzzles regardless, unless they are primarily visual in nature and require no outside information to solve.

That means this set of puzzles is well out of my comfort zone anyway.

OK, I still can't get five. What's really annoying is the grittiness makes me think of Manhunt or Condemned.
EDIT: NEVER FUCKING MIND. I CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE IT TOOK ME THAT LONG TO GET IT!
For anyone else stumped on five, think of ridiculously popular recent games.

Also, thank you guys for all your help. I wouldn't have gotten any of those. :p

Finished 'em all. Thank you everyone in the thread, for without you, I would have died of starvation before figuring them out.

Wow, hurts when I feel like I should get the clue that others did on 1 and 3. Oddly got 2 and 5 easy lol.
Follow the instructions on 1, its quite obvious when you realize about it.
Thanks alot. It was too obvious. Helps to write it down. Only 3 & 4 now.
Same here, and I've got some people saying the clue for 4 is helpful, others saying it isn't. I'm thoroughly confused.
Think of a recent game where you wouldn't wear something made of linen and lace.
Ok that brings it down to 40 some titles. :)
A building where you wouldn't wear linen and lace then.

That's as obvious as I can make it without giving it away.
That was actually very helpful.
I agree. I didn't even know this was out yet. Takes me back... *hint hint*

Are you challenge us? *evil grin*
We can always bring out the ones that were rejected for being 'too hard'. Teamwork is no match for deviousness, as every villain ever to reveal their evil plan right before the hero is about to die knows.

If this was Professor Layton, I would've used up half my hint coins by now, but I have all of them solved. Can't wait for tomorrow's.
