For all of those that commented on my post over Thanksgiving in relation this the issue with my ex, I would like to thank you. The advice you gave helped and I'm finally at a place where I can breathe and not feel the world crumbling down around me.
It's been a hard few weeks, but the support of the friends that have been there since this whole mess started helped a great deal and I managed to get through a car ride with my ex in a comfortable manner (We laughed over an old joke and griped about the lack of new Hellsing Ultimate).
I think everything will slowly get better from this point and maybe Christmas won't be so bad after all.
