Glad You're feeling better. I actually got a little worried... But now I'm happy for you, :) <-- see?

EDIT: I've already been here one year? Well it's been an amazing year of a amazing, so I think I'll stick around here for a few more years. I mean what other community would be able to bring a panda around when he's feeling sad?

To be honest, at the time I thought you were being overly-melodramatic in a bid to garner attention. I'm sorry to see I was wrong.

Glad to hear that you're no longer balancing on the brink. All the best.

And just remember that suicide is NEVER the right option. You endure, and you improve your lot however you can. I learned this firsthand... any kind of life is better than death, and if you're at the point where suicide presents itself as an option, then things can only get better. But any kind of improvement requires effort, and all too often those down on their luck prefer to sit in a corner, wade in self-pity and blame the world instead.

Never give up. Ever.

Hey everyone,

I recently made some comments in another thread that actually got deleted about some rather...suicidal tendencies that I've been having. A lot of people reached out and theres no way I can conceivably thank you all individually, so I'd like to just thank everyone in this thread. Its great to know that even here on the Escapist, a lot of people do care. You guys and gals are a fantastic group of people and for those who actually offered help, I thank you most of all.

I'm feeling...better now. I have a lot to go, but I've gotten over the largest hump I believe. I know this thread doesn't really have much discussion, but I hope that everyone who kept my head above water sees this and knows that their voices didn't fall on deaf ears.

Thanks...everybody.

Sincerely,
Your resident Pandah.
dont mention it man. just never like to see someone waste their life. keep your head up bro. we got your back here.

Hey I am glad to hear that things are starting to look up for you Pandah. I didn't see your original posts and you probably don't know who the hell I am, but it's still good news nonetheless.

Erm, I wasn't aware of this so I shouldn't receive the thanks. I just wanted to say glad you're over the worst bit, and good that you aren't going to kill yourself :)

Remember, you can do it, and when you feel like shit I find this helps a little

Hey, I'm glad to hear it's going better. If you ever need a pick me up or a chat, feel free to message and I'll do what I can. Yup, I'm already on the track back. Thank you for the tips. Especially that awesomeness one.

I didn't see the least thread, but good luck anyway. I know a couple people who've had the same issue, and they all got through it with some honest support. And that's a good idea- be honest with yourself, don't pretend your life isn't a piece of shit when it is, but embrace the shit and maybe give it a good polish, make things easier for yourself-

Or, you know, just throw it out if you can.
Haha Nice. I'll remember that.

Thanks though, seeing the support regardless is something very special. I'm pretty sure if you can sell the advice on here...you might get somewhere near that amount.

Or not. =P

I'd never over-react about something as serious as that. Trust me. I'm not that kind of person. Thank you though for the advice. I can't sit around and wait for it to get better. I'm acting on everything that I feel must be done and its paying off for me at the moment. Thank you.

Well done! I hope you recover soon.

I'll leave you with one of my favorite quotes which I remember when I'm really down.

"It'll be alright in the end, and if it's not alright, it's not the end." :)
