Well I have two.
One: google Hammerfall (a Swedish metal band) and check their covers for their albums, those are some sweet armors (designer also designs stuff for Blizzard)
Two: Samus Arans suit

No one has said Master Gundam yet because it doesn't quite fit the conditions outlined in the OP. Then again, "extremely lightweight mech" is admittedly a tad vague.

If it isn't very much bigger than the powersuit Ripley used in the last fight of Aliens, it works.

Certainly you've come across some sort of suit or armor that you would have loved to own at some point in your life. We as nerds tend to think about stuff like that, it seems. Or it could just be my friends and I. Regardless, let's say you could have any one suit, armor, or extremely lightweight mech (and any effects on your body/mind that it possesses) you wanted from fiction or nonfiction. What would you choose?
