Armored Combat Suit from John Ringo's Posleen War series. Antimatter powered, with nanobots that repair damage, basic flight abilities, a heavy railgun, an AI unit, and a ton of extra firepower. Plus, the nanobots keep the body functional and breakdown any waste, so you can live in the suit, for all intents and purposes, for days. They are horrendously hard to make, but could break the Iron Man suit like a twig.
