Metal Gear Solid 4 - The REX vs RAY fight is just incredibly fun and epic. The final fist fight with Liquid Ocelot was pretty good too.

This is a really tough choice to make. I'll pick from my favorite games.

In terms of challenge, any one of those Green Golem bosses from the Mega Man games tend to be extremely difficult especially in Megaman X 5, which may not be a great game in comparison to other Mega Man games but damn, is that boss difficult.

Because it is one of my favorite games of all time, the ending fight with Kefka, while not challenging (if you have leveled up and do not place limits on yourself like I do) was very fun to play. You finally get to take on that madman!

But my favorite fight of all time, hands down is:

Metal Gear Solid 4, versus Liquid Ocelot. The final scene leading up to this last battle was shot beautifully and the emotions of the actors coupled with the tension between the characters created the perfect final fight that I had been waiting for since Metal Gear Solid 2.

The Guardian from Epic Battle Fantasy 2. Because that music is bomb as hell.

Most of the final fantasy bosses were cool too.

Just about every boss in Metal Gear Solid 4 (especially the beauty battles). The Rex vs. Ray fight was probably the best of them, though.

Manhunt... the two final bosses Piggsy and that director Starkwether. It was refreshing to actually murder your boss in a way that is both greusome and entertaining... Then again, I'm a little off my rocker...

GIANT ENEMY CRAB!!!

Sorry, had to get that out of my system. Seeing as just about all of the games I play don't really have bosses, I'd have to go with Shadow of the Colosus. The entire game was a boss battle if you think about it.

Depends on what consitutes "One"ness:

Best in Terms of Novelty:
http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k22/Spartan_Jackal/My%20Memes/ChaoticEvil1.jpg

Best in Terms of Most Emotionally Charged: This one's kinda tricky...
Probably Roxas vs. Axel #2 in KH2. (Before he decided to become an hero.)

Best in Terms of Voice Acting: Ansem from KH1. Billy Zane. No further description needed.

Wierd that none of my favorite bosses come from my favorite games, but eh.

The dragon fight at the end of Fable: The Lost Chapters was both fun and annoying

I doubt any boss will ever surpass the Ganondorf/Ganon battle at the end of OoT in my book. That fight was so awesome in so many ways.

bad girl, shinobu, and henry from no more heroes because their music are catchy and they are pretty awsome as both character and bosses
bowser from mario 64 because I remember going back and fighting bowser everytime
jack of blade from fable because the guy is not that easy to kill for me
and lord fairfax from fable 2 it's hard to forget a guy that dies by hitting one button

I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet, but I thoroughly enjoyed that final battle of Mass Effect 2.

Giant bosses fought with lasers is always a good time.

Edit: It had been mentioned in the time it took me to type. Ha.

So, I will then add this:

Any boss fight in Patapon.
Try not to get into it.
Try not to love those little guys as they try their damnedest.
