I know it's not huge, but it would be nice if people could be a little more careful about that kind of stuff. It's a game that's taking a while for me to get through because in a thread that had nothing to do with TWD, someone decided to spoil something in the ending without using spoiler tags at all.

On topic: Lara Croft and Nathan Drake, for the amount of people they kill just to get some artifacts before someone else. Greedy people is all they really seem to be in my opinion.

I knew someone would say that, but that doesn't make spoiling like that right.

With no actual space between it at all, like putting a few lines between it may have helped at least. Just a few words instead, you realize that a lot of people when reading already see whats ahead and as they're reading, their mind catches up with what's seen, don't defend that kind of lousy stuff. Could have had two spoiler tags, but no, that person chose not to. He should have said spoilers for episode 3 and 4, I wouldn't have clicked it then, but no, the second one has to be mentioned inside it. I'm just sick of people carelessly spoiling stuff for other people, at least this person used spoiler tags, but it's not much good if they aren't used properly.

Also, Relius Clover from Blazblue. I liked him too. He is a freaking awesome villain. But after I saw the full scope of what he did to his family, some of the shit he was willing to do to the other characters, and Makoto's bad ending... please, oh please, let me kill him.

Seconding Relius. I mean I love Makoto and her bad ending is freaking horrible but at least that is her y'know *bad* ending. The one that doesn't technically happen in the current timeline, as the game says "one of the many possibilities of the Continuum Shift" I never fully understood half the plot stuff in BB but i'm sure of that one XD

I hate him because no matter what ending he gets, Carl gets fucked over by his own dad. He killed both Carl's sister and mother all for the sake of turning them into weaponised marionettes. Carl even had to finish rebuilding Ada into Nirvana because Relius left her half finished and she would have died otherwise. Fucking traumatic to say the least.

I would say Hazama... No actually, I wouldn't because Hazama is the best thing about the entire game :3 he has so many good lines.

So Jack killed Roland and enslaved Lilith. Now i'll ignore his magical pistol that ignores all shields and oneshots everyone and just say, was that the point where he's supposed to become less of a comedic villian and more of a *villian* villian? Oh Caesar in Fallout: New Vegas. For obvious reasons that both he and his entire Legion have no redeeming qualities and anyone who seriously sided with them for any other reason besides curiosity at the Legion ending is fucking either insane or dumb as hell.

What he's an agreeable, well mannered guy so you're supposed to give him a chance? How about no? HE CAN'T EVEN PRONOUNCE CAESAR CORRECTLY! Everything about the Legion spells doom and misery for everyone involved. Including the members of the Legion themselves eventually.

Fuck all of them, we're going on a massacre. Everyone in The Fort dies today.

And even when we are faced with this reality, it's never fucking touched upon. Oh, no, it's all about Marcus and Delta. "That's for Dom, and every else you've killed you *****."

Really, Marcus? Because the Queen Locust DIDN'T FUCKING KILL DOM, that was the LAMBANT, a.k.a. THE ENEMY THAT BOTH OF YOU HAD IN COMMON, YOU FUCK! Actually, no, it wasn't even them, Dom just chose to be fucking stupid and hopped in a car and suicided, rather than, I don't know, picking up his teammates and driving away like he did in the cutscene? So, Sony conference made me think about new God of War and God of War made me think about Kratos, and boy, do I hate that guy. Until GoW 3 I could tolerate Kratos, despite all his, let's just say, negative qualities, but one moment in third game made me think "Screw you Kratos, you have no redeeming qualities, you're a complete waste of character and anyone who thinks you're a little bit relatable is a dumbass!" So, what basically happens is Kratos encounters a door that uses some sort of giant wheel mechanism that you have to hold in order to pass. But Kratos is alone, so he needs someone or something who can hold the wheel so that door won't close. And what is the solution that our "hero" comes up with? He grabs some random innocent girl who begs for mercy, shoves her into wheel, wheel grindes her to the bones and Kratos moves on. WHAT THE FUCK? He couldn't just jam the wheel with some shit or, I don't know, use enemy corpses as he did in previous games?! Fuck you Kratos, just fuck you.

So, anyway, what's your "F that guy" moment?

See, that's the reason I never even remotely wanted to try the God of War series. Back when it first game out, I saw a review of it. Kratos pulled some guy out of some pit (Hell maybe?) and held him up.
"Thank the gods you came back for me!"
Kratos glares at the man and responds, "I didn't come back for you!" Tears the necklace off the guy's neck and lets him fall back into the pit.
Now, maybe that guy was a total jerk. Maybe he did something horrible to Kratos. I have no idea. But what I saw was someone who could have easily saved that man's life AND gotten what he wanted, but instead chose to kill the man for no reason. I do not want to play a character like that. That's the type of character I hunt and kill in my video games. The scene you described makes me hate him even more.

At the moment, I would have to say Derik, or Derek, or whatever-his-name-is in Dead Space 3. Religious fanatics drive me nuts, and the fact that this man is going around killing EVERYONE 'for their own good'--you know, forcing your religion on other people who want nothing to do with it--is driving me nuts. I can't wait to kill that man.

AS for me... I dont know, I rarely hate characters *for their personality*, if I DO hate a character in a videogame its mainly for gameplay purpose (ex, a retarded Overpowered enemy for one)

When Handsome Jack killed Bloodwing. In Borderlands 1, I always killed the hunter, so BLoodwing was a tad personal to me. And Mordecai's pleading during the battle made it even worse.

At that point, Handsome Jack stopped being a joke to me, and became a villain.

In Far Cry 2, after the guy (can't remember) goes into the town and the safehouse/bar. I defended the bar, and watched all my buddies die. While they weren't exactly characters, for some reason it just REALLY pissed me off when he murdered them.

If you could tell me Tommy Vercetti's redeeming qualities I'd be very interested to hear them! To me he just comes across as a gleeful rampaging psychopath and I very much enjoy that!

My "Fuck this guy" moment was more at myself. I can't remember what game I was playing, some flight sim game or maybe an arcade flight sim. There was one enemy ace that I was having serious trouble with. I'd been hunting this guy for ages and I finally got him. The guy was clearly going down yet I chased him and finished him off. Every other pilot I'd either killed outright, let bail out or limp out of the combat zone, yet this one guy I wouldn't let go. I genuinely felt bad, it was unnecessary to kill that guy.
