Well if I take it from the game I've played the most it would have to be the shotgun from Doom. I spent so much time playing Doom that I know how many shots it takes to kill each enemy with this weapon and the fact that I can't do this with any of the others speak volumes about how much I relied on this gun.

My Firearm love is the godly M1911 Colt .45 pistol. Nothing looks quite so good are kills zombies in such a way as that pistol. As far as fictional weapons, I still love the flamethrower from Halo PC just because I'd light someone on fire and walk away to let them burn.
