It sounds sort of... bland. Normal. Boring. I find myself thinking in Ned Stark's voice more often nowadays, although I have no idea why.

Well for my own contemplative thoughts...I have my voice. Slightly lower.
When it's something abstract, or similar to a memory, or my brain just wants to be weird, I'll hear someone elses.
As I was reading the OP I heard Al Pacino's voice in my head. I'm sure Pacino has never said that post in some form of twisted monologue in his films, but I'm in the mood for a Pacino film...So there you have it...

Well, it's my voice for me, or at least what my voice sounds like TO me, as I know my voice sounds different when being listened to by third parties.
I have a strange habit, however, to start thinking in the voice of British web series hosts if I listened to them for too long. Yahtzee or Totalbiscuit, for example. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I just find the accent very appealing.

OT: Seriously though, when I read something I try to imagine what that person would sound like, and if it's a book that's turned into a movie and I've seen it, when I go read the book sentences in the book and my visualization sound and look like the people in the movie did. i.e. I saw Stephen King's It as a movie first, then read the book, so Bill as an adult sounds like Richard Thomas in my head when I read it.

No no no... I don't have a set voice in my head for this. I give YOU a voice in my head. It's YOUR voice. So, if you're an alright guy, you sound normal. If you're not, I give you something that sounds downright pitiful. Choice is a powerful thing.
The voice in my head is very impressionable. While I have a generic "male" and "female" voice when I'm reading something written, when I'm just thinking to myself, the voice in my head usually sounds like whatever the last thing I was watching was.
For example, one time when I went through a marathon session of watching Samurai Jack, the voice in my head sounded like this for a couple days:

The voice in my head is a bland american accent for most thoughts, otherwise it's a voice that sounds like Yahtzees'. A bit creepy but whatever, I'm willing to admit this to people who don't know my name and are mostly on another continent. Came at me bros!

The voice in my head sounds like me prior to the facial nerve damage. It doesn't slur or have any difficulty in pronouncing certain words. That said, it doesn't make that many appearances as I tend to speed read things. The voice comes out when I'm analysing or doing a re-read of something.

I guess I'm one of the few people who doesn't have a voice in their head. When I read I only see words on a page/screen. I've always been that way. When I read a book, I don't visualise the characters, the setting, or anything like that, all I get are words on a page.

Deeper, calmer, more adult. But I can make it sound like anything. I'm practically a walking MP3 player. I can listen to music in my head with perfect timing, which is handy for when I DJ. I love putting on a Scottish accent though, since I'm not very good at it out loud.
It depends on what I'm reading. The most common one is a calm and soothing version of my own voice, but when I'm familiar with the writers voice it automatically get's switched out.
