I've never had a problem with Gamestop, but it's probably because I've never done anything online with them. The clerks at the store nearby are really nice, but I still don't really buy from there.

I don't by games often, but when I do, I shop Amazon.

But really, you should keep complaining. I think they also have a number you can call--I don't know, but I'm guessing. You should take your gaming business elsewhere, it's just not right that they took your money like that.

I went to gamestop to buy L4D a few days before the sequal was released, just to try it out, $60. Went to Walmart, got it for $24. After that I stopped going there unless there was a game I knew I could get for under $30. Now I do my game shopping on Amazon
