I've had plenty of songs like that. I once had a whole theory what the song Jaws 3, People 0 [http://www.lyricsmania.com/lyrics/a_wilhelm_scream_lyrics_5319/career_suicide_lyrics_70378/jaws_3_people_0_lyrics_682775.html] was about only to find out lateron that the subject was so much simpler than I had anticipated: drugs. Then again, A Wilhelm Scream's lyrics are hands down the most complicated out of all artists I know so you can barely blame me.

Also, in a similar light as the OP, I was kind of surprised to find out that all songs by "I Set My Friend On Fire" are about sex. And that the song Judy & The Dream Of Horses [http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Judy-And-The-Dream-Of-Horses-lyrics-Belle-Sebastian/FFA6E38F7833603B4825698C00134D62] by the otherwise completely innocent band Belle & Sebastian (who sing about topics like high school, bullying and love) was about masturbation.

If I may ask, what did you think the song was about? I wasn't too surprised when I found out the meaning, to be honest - it's perfectly in line with all other Rammstein songs; romantization of something that is depressingly ugly but could be so beautiful.
