Lol, yeah saw 2 counts, especially if you walked out of it. I rather liked Saw 1 + 2, the rest are crap.

I really don't think these are my 5 favourite films but I'm finding it hard to think for some reason. I feel Ong-Bak should be in there somewhere.

4) The Matrix
5) I Am Legend

Worst
1) Dead End

Recently? Because I've seen more movies than 95% of the human population.

Best:
-Mrs.Doubtfire
-Avatar (A retelling, yes, but a badass and highly enjoyable retelling of Pocahonatas)
-The Hangover
-I am Legend
-Percy Jackson (Yes, I watched it and ejoyed it)

Worst:
-Transformers2 (x9,000!!!)
-Babel (It is unecessarily long and poorly put together)
-Spiderman 3 (Was just, aweful)
-Transformers2
-Transformers2

I think that about sums it up...

Anyone who wants to know why I picked the movies I did in detail, just ask.

Best
-Fight Club
-Eagle vs Shark
-Hard Candy
-The Edukators
-Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang

Worst
-Meet the Parents
-Meet the Fockers
-American Pie (all of them - I know there is like what, 15 films now? But they are all the same so I count them as one)

In regards to the best, there are so many that I love on an equal scale and I couldn't really explain my reasoning for these in particular.

[quote="SwimmingRock"
- 2001: A Space Odyssey[/quote]

I'll be honest when I first saw this I was too young I think to enjoy it. A few years ago though, I read the book and watched the film and I think it's my favorite Sci Fi film of the era, Kubrick and Clarke collaborated seemlessly in this one imo.

Best, one of which I saw on TCM's 31 days of Oscar [http://youcastcorp.com/c/88/go/index.php?r=2] for the first time:

Singin in The Rain
The Royal Tennenbaums
Fantastic Mr. Fox
Citizen Kane
Lost in Translation

Worst, well these are just horrid

Mama Mia
Star Trek:Insurrection
Batman and Robin
The Hills Have Eyes 2
Hostel 2

If you haven't guessed Singin in the Rain is the new addition and it's one of my favorites already, if not my all time favorite. I wouldn't have even have seen it if it wasn't for my job picking up the marketing for TCM, so I guess I have my work to thank lol. Funnily enough they just aired 2001 and 2010, both of which were nominated, like the other movies in the marathon.
