anyway, for my 3000th post i'm doing a thread on something most of us have dealt with: the AI controlled 'herlper'. the person who is SUPPOSED to help you but normally end up getting in the way and causes more problems than they're worth.
the only games i've known it work are the X-Men Legends games. the other people in your team actually do help out and don't just use all the health items. you can customize some aspects of how they battle with you and i've tried doing it with 1 person but having a team of 4 is SO much better.
generally, though, i usually find myself yelling at them and wanting them to die so they get out the way. I'd rather go solo than have an AI controlled person trying, and failing, to help me out. it may be a team of 5 or whatever but when the AI get's involved it's just a number, like say, 3000 *whistle*
