So I recently purchase Assassin creed 1 and 2 and while I rather enjoy the plot, I can't help but think that the Assassin order is rather inept for the most part. They mostly seem to run around an ideology that some people need to be kill for the good of all, which in itself is "defendeable" , but in a way it feel rather similiar to some of the action of the templar in Assassin creed I who tend to do evil thing for the good of the greater number, although the templar stopped believing in the necessity of free will while Assassin are all about it.
they always seem to react to thing way too late and pretty much allow the templars to do whatever they want, until they finally decide to kill one to stop his plan five minute before it was about suceed and why is it they always limit themselves to just killing people? shouldn't they try a more elaborate strategy against the templar
(I admit I have yet to play brotherhood, so maybe some of my thoughts are incorrect)
