What?

Alt-Tab switches between active stuff, such as a game or the web browser.
Windowed means it doesn't cover the entire screen and works like a regular window, again, like the web browser.

Same as windowed, but covers the entire screen as normal. makes Alt-Tabbing much much faster.

The stuff about Alt-Tab and windowed assumes that you're on a Windows machine, I know nothing about Macs.
